Corsair Flash Voyager (USB drive) not detected

I'm using Windows XP. The drivers for my USB 2.0 card have been installed and are displayed as working correctly in Device Manager. However, when I plug in the USB drive, it says "Found New Hardware: USB 2.0 Device" in that yellow balloon at the bottom right and wants to find a driver for it. I thought these thingers were supposed to be plug and play?

When it's plugged in, Windows Explorer shows no removable USB drive, and there is a ! next to "USB 2.0 Device" in Device Manager under Other Devices.

I have installed the program on the CD that was included in the packaging.
