Corsair F120 TRIM not working?

Hi,

Upgraded my X25G2 70gb to a new Corsair F120 120GB SSD.

I have three question/issues:

1) Performance -- OK?
. Based on reviews & specs the F120 should perform between 250 and 300 for
sequential access
. I am getting with CrystalDiskMark 3.0 x64 seq 210 and write 85 @ 500MB -- not good
. ATTO shows between 250 ad 300.
. HD Tune show between 212 and 220.
2) Using firmware 1.1 Is there an update available?
3) Do I need to run periodically to run HDDerase or FreeSpaceCleaner?
