Corsair Dominator on 1156 and 1155

Hi, I just have a simple question. I'm pretty sure of the answer, but I just want to be 100 % sure.

If I buy this memory

Corsair Dominator DHX+ DDR3 1600MHz 4GB
Kit w/2x 2GB XMS3 modules, CL7-8-7-20, for Core i3/i5/i7, 1.65V, with Connector

...then it will work on both 1156 and 1155, right? More specifically P55 and P67.

Oh and another thing: Is this memory good for overclocking?

1.65v memory is essentially pre-overclocked.
If you're running at advertised settings it's not a big deal, but 1.5v memory is slightly preferable.

Ok, thanks. So which one of those GSkills in my second link (which I have fixed now) would you go for? Bearing in mind 1.5v, 4GB and both P55 and P67 compatibility (if possible).

Snipers, because the cost is comparable and the heatsink is lower profile so will be least likely to have heatsink interference issues down the road.

It's why I don't like the Corsairs, they are on a huge heatsink kick right now. I have gskill Eco (from a while ago, when they were comparably priced) and Mushin RAM. Ecos are super low profile, Mushkin is more like the Snipers. There really isn't much to RAM these days on the Intel platform.

There is very, very little gain on low latency & high throughput, so you get what's cheap and fits.
