Corsair different timings?

Hi guys,
I just wondered if anyone can tell me the reason behind Corsair having different memory timings for the XMS LL versions?

My version of the PC3200 ram is 2-2-2-6,

but now, they seem to have adjusted that to 2-3-2-6.
any ideas why?

what VDIMM are U using?

Might raising a little bit you will get 2-2-2-6

The older ram used different chips (maybe BH5), and ran out. Now they are using different chips that arnt as good.
