Corsair CVS or Kingston KVR?

Ok, I'm kind of on a budget so I must buy some relativly cheap ram. I've found 3 pair of 1GB ram that are within my price point.

those are :

VS1GBKIT400 PC3200 1024MB 2x64Mx64 2x184 DIMM $159.00 (CAD)
VS1GBKIT400C3 PC3200 1024MB 2x64Mx64 2x184 DIMM $149.00 (CAD)
KVR400X64C3AK2/1G$169.00 (CAD)

Now I wonder what would be the best. The kingston is said to be CL3 but I can't find any specs about the corsairs one. Both offer a lifetime warranty so thats not the point. Is the kingston worth the 20 $ more compared to the C3 corsair or is the Corsair with no data (My guess would be C2.5) would be the best of all?

AS you can see I just don't know what to choose here so any help would be appreciate

EDIT: In case it could help you to help me I plan on going for an motherboard ASUS A8N-E
