Corsair compsu cx430, good for 2500k+ gtx 460 + small overclock?

Like the title asks, will a corsair cx 430w hold an i5 2500k, a gtx 460 1 gb, the other usual hardware (1hdd, cpu aftermaket heatsink etc) plus a small oc (~4ghz on the cpu)?

edit: nevermind, I've decided on another psu.

For what its worth, I have a p67 mobo, 4 hard drives, a SSD, a blueray drive, a 2500k overclocked to 4.4ghz, and a gtx460 and the machine idles around ~75W. I have never seen it go above like 270 when playing a game or transcoding a blueray.
