Is there a difference? Googlegear is showing the "manufacturer's SKU" with a PT at the end, which makes me nervous, particularly since they're $10 cheaper than newegg right now. In the past, they have made errors with part numbers, but I was just wondering if anyone's seen the "PT" version of this part before.

As far as i know the "PT" at the end means a Platnium colored heat spreader instead of the normal black ones.
