I currently run two sticks of Corsair CMX256A-3500C2PT and have been wanting to increase my system memory to at least 1gig.
The problem is I cannot find this RAM anymore as Corsair has discontinued it.
Does anyone know where I can find it?
Also, If I were to buy the newer, and still available, 3700 or even 4000 speed versions, do you think they could work together in my system?
I have a Gigabyte GA-KNKP 875 Canterwood.
I would expect the faster ram to only run at the 3500 speed settings, so I guess the question would be if the the 3700 or 4000 is backward compatable with the 3500.
