Corsair CL2 DDR333 or CL2 DDR400?

Should I buy two sticks of Corsair CL2 DDR333 or two sticks of CL2 DDR400? I plan on running them in dual-channel mode on an Asus A7N8X Deluxe (nForce2 mobo). In addition, should I get 2x 128mb modules or 2x 256 mb modules? Will the doubled memory of the latter configuration warrant the extra price?

Go for 512 if using XP or 2000. DDR 400 will last you longer upgrade wise, wether the extra life is worth it is up to you.
