Corsair 750TX PSU + APC Back-UPS 725VA = bad idea?

I have a Corsair 750TX PSU as well as an APC Back-UPS 725VA.

The 750TX is a bit overkill for my system - I have 4gb ram, an 8800gt, 1 sata hard drive, 1 dvd drive, and a E8400 Core 2 Duo clocked to 3.6ghz.

Still, do I need to worry about this overdrawing from my UPS, which supposedly provides "725VA / 450 Watt Output Power Capacity"?

I ask because I'm running into power issues where the machine just turns itself off, unrelated to the type of computing I'm doing (word processing vs gaming) or how long it's been on.

You don't need to worry about your UPS, the UPS will supply as much power as you want to draw from it, but it'll just run out of power faster on battery.
On AC, the max draw is like 1200W or something.
