Corsair 600T SE Fan Controller problem

I just noticed that my cpu tem pwas going all the way up to 50c and realized that the nob on top controlling the fans wasn't working. If i put it on full on, it would work but if i turn it down even a little, all the fans just stop. Do i need to call corsair or did i make a mistake on my end?

pretty sure that the controller is for the case fans and not your CPU fan,

it has 4 3pin connectors so i used two for the 200mm and the other 2 for the push pull scythe slipstream. should be ok.

I just fiddled around with everything and it seems like two of the 4 3 pin connectors in the back are dead? i really hope i don't have to ship the whole case back to them....

Tnt3k, I'm having the same problem with my 600t fan controller. It died after about a month and a half. I'm about to contact customer support. Did you have to send the whole case back or just the controller? Thanks

same issue, on my third controller. They are pure crap i just decided to hook fans all up to psu and run them at full speed.
