CORSAIR 520W (CMPSU-520HX) or AeroCool Zerodba 620W?

They're priced similarly, but Anandtech recommends the Corsair while Tomshardware recommends the Aerocool. Any thoughts?

I'd go with the Corsair. Personal experience with the 620W and love it. I tend to trust Anandtech more than Tomshardware.

No, I have the 620W Corsair. The 520W is similar though, great build quality and certainly quiet. The Corsair 520W has 40 amps combined on the 12V rails (the most important). The 620W Aerocool has only 30 amps for the 12V combined. Also the Aerocool has no PFC and isn't as efficient as the Corsair.

Corsair 520W is the winner here :)

I have the 520 and love it. The modular design is great, it's quite, and really stable. I have it running my C2D system with 2 SATA devices, 2 ATA hard drive, and 8800GTS with no problems.

The ZeroDBA is actually quieter. The fan doesn't even spin until it hits a certain temperature.

And if you're looking at the ZeroDBA, don't bother with the 620W. Get the 500W. It has the same amount of juice on the +12V than the 620W for a bit less money.

Between the two (Corsair vs. ZeroDBA), the Corsair has more power on the +12V and has a better warranty and is more efficient.
