Corsair 500R or Fractal Design R4

I tried using my old case for my newest build. But it didnt work 🙄. I want to buy a case ~$100. I am stuck in between the 500R (know its a nice, solid case with a lot of features) or a R4 (known for its quietness and more drive bays). I never used either, but saw them in person. They are both excellent cases, so which one would you recommend?

i prefer the solid front door on the R4.

However some people dont like the doors.

So my vote goes to the R4 only because it looks better due to its door.

I have the Fractal Design R4, and it's an excellent case. I got the window version (it was cheaper), and it's still a quiet case (compared to my old Antec 300). I have loaded it up with 4x140mm fans (front + top) and 1x120mm fan (rear). I don't have many drives, so I took out the top hard drive rack - works out better for airflow. The case is easy to work with, and it is plenty big for cable management. Also love the integrated fan controller (3 settings - low, medium, high). Front door is solid, and I never open it except to change the fan controller.

The only problem I had (and this is truly nitpicking and really a non-issue), is that some of the pre-installed motherboard standoffs were really tight. Just use a plier to get them out.

Nanoxia Deep SIlence 1, its similar to the R4 but with some extra features. Damn good case I love mine. The easy to remove fan filters take the cake.

I have 2 Define Minis... very nice case as I'm sure the R4 is, as well. I like the sound damping and the front door, and I especially like the filters (I have a dusty house.)

Actually, a better apples to apples compare would be the Define R4 and the Corsair 350D... a case I considered before buying the Mini.
