So I'm currently running the system in my sig, and I'm planning to upgrade the day Haswell becomes available. I'm just wondering whether my current PSU (http://www.anandtech.com/show/2371/5) will still be enough?

I will probably get the i7 4770K or possibly the i5 4670K and I plan to overclock. I'm also planning on getting the GTX 760 when it comes out, or possibly get a GTX 660.

To me, it seems the new system will actually use *less* power than my current one, in which case 450W should still be enough? Are there any required connectors that this old PSU lacks, or any other reasons to upgrade the PSU? Would the age of the actual PSU be a concern? I bought it in 2008.

It is still sufficient with GTX660 and most likely the 760. I would trust that PSU until it dies since it is quality and upgrade then.

Your old Phenom II X4 955 CPU use a lot more power than the 4670K/4770K, so CPU would be fine. As for your GTX460 1GB, I believe it use 2 6-pin power connector rated at 160W TDP. A GTX660 only require 1 6 pin power connector which use less than 150W so you will be fine. Even the GTX 760 should not be a problem.
