Corsair 1066 memory or 800 with lower latencies?

What better to get ( I want micron chips):

or
Corsair Twin2X DDR2 2x 1GB 800MHz CL4-4-4-12 low tatency [6400C4]

or it's worth those extra 200$ to get
Corsair Twin2X DDR2 2x 1GB 800MHz CL3-4-3-9 extra low tatency [6400C3]

let's say I want good overclocing and grate stability.
