No its not the fancy XMS heat spreader type but I'll bet it would work. BTW,I had a stick of that XMS go south in less than one year,who knows maybe this value memory is better! BTW2,I paid almost $400.00 for 8mb of memory for my Acer P90 computer back in 1996 or 97.
