Well a documentary focussed on it would seem bad, and it sort of is, but for the majority of the population it's safe. We just don't go into those areas.

My cousin was indicted for trafficking a ton of that shit down there. I really regret not going to visit him when he was in the middle of it. He threw the wildest parties, and I hear I missed out on a lot of free poon. :'(
