Corrupted lilo.conf.. please help

I have Win2k Pro, Win2k AdvS and Mandrake Linux 8 installed using the NTLOADER taking control for the bootup. My LILO is installed on hda5 but I guess I have corrupted the lilo.conf file and currently the linux will not boot properly (no problem with Win2k Pro and Win2k AdvS though). I have to use linux bootdisk to boot so I am wondering how to fix this problem?

Boot from the boot disk, check to make sure /etc/lilo.conf is still there and looks right, and rerun lilo just in case 🙂 Thats what I would do anyhow.
