Corrupted files with SSDs?

Today, yet again, I couldn't run a game because a file got corrupted. This doesn't happen too often, but it already happened before 3 times and is becoming annoying.

I run two Kingston SSDs in RAID0 both 64GB each.

Is it time to buy a new SSD?

Why do you think the SSD is at fault ?
Let memtest86 run overnight, and see if any errors pop up.
Then, do some stress testing of the CPU as well, and see if any errors pop up.

Could also happen with regular drives if your power hiccups at the wrong moment or unstable OC/mobo.

Oh... I had no idea that the problem can be anything other than the SSD... Ok.. I'll run memtest and see what it shows.
