corrupted CD-RW - helpful software?

I never really bothered with CD-RW discs because CD-Rs are so cheap. But I did use the CD-RW disc that came with my burner (this was before I got the hang of the whole multi-session thing), and it's apparently become corrupted. The disc can't be read - trying to hangs Windows.

Any suggestions for programs that can recover files off such a disc?
