corrupt screen on ati 9800 pro

last few week when i use ati 9800 pro (r360) is okay. it can play games , internet and stuff like that. today when i try to use internet. i see the scramble screen or corrupt screen at windows, internet. If when i turn off the pc and come back after work, it is still the same things. I have oced my 9800 pro to xt.

is that mean the card is no good.

do you think the psu makes my video card corrupt screen or not.

sometimes it is not corrupt and sometime it is corrupt.
 
Might be heat related. If it is intermittant. You might try pulling the 9800 out and cleaning/dusting it and re-install it. Also try runninng it at pro specs.
