corrupt MFT, please help

Something has happened to one of my HDD's. From the research i have done i believe its the master file table that is corrupt and its telling me that "no disk in drive f is not formatted, do you want to format it now".

i tired running a program but it was only a trial and could only recover like a few KB of the gigs i need to recover.

Does any know any good programs to correct my problem, please help!
