Corrupt Files

I recenty have been having some issues with corrupt files on a HD of mine. I have a WD 60 HD on a SIIG UMDMA 133 Controller Card. I had some issues with .zip files that were giving CRC errors. Earlier I burned the same files to CD and they worked fine. I replaced the corrupted files with the working ones from CD and there was still a CRC error, however I could unzip the files on the CD. I reformatted the drive, tried to copy the files over, and ran into the same problem. I have run scandisk too. I'm running windows XP. This drive used to work fine, this problem has started in the past few days. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
