Corrupt BIOS on the P5B Deluxe

Hello,
I'm having a tough time trying to recover the BIOS after new install. I built my PC yesterday, installed XP and it was working perfectly. I decided to flash the BIOS to a new version using EZflash (the built in) or something like that. Well i flashed using the newest stable bios using my trusty 1 year old usb fat 32 flash drive. After the flash, it said "rebooting in 5 seconds." after 5 seconds, the screen goes black. Then I wait for around 30 seconds, not responding. I hold the power button and the pc turns off. I restart the PC only to find that the monitor doesn't even "receive data". That means nothing is going from my video card. I tested my video card on my other motherboard. It works. I also try the monitor which also works. My lights for my keyboard and mouse are off.
WHAT DO I DO????
Thank you

Try resetting the CMOS. This involves switching a jumper on the mobo. See manual for instructions.

ASUS CrashFree BIOS (check your manual)

I've never had to deal with a corrupt BIOS, fortunately, so I haven't looked into using this feature.
