Someone to me: "You should really be doing xxxx"
Me: "I should do a lot of things"

*Something bad happens. ex: drops a glass and it breaks, accidently hit "reply all", etc*
Me: "Well, you win some and you lose some"

Parody threads annoy me. Except the really good ones and those still annoy me.

lol. Nice thread.

So you're one of those stubborn types :p I guess I am too. I say "win some lose some" a lot. I actually think I picked it up from a Scrubs episode :whiste:

I like to sprinkle this one in from time to time:

Other person: "I like Peanut Butter Fudge."
Me: "You WOULD."

Oh, this is another popular sarcastic phase of mine:

Someone: "Hey I am going to ___________." or "I heard ________________."
Me: "No you're not." or "No you didn't."

I will occasionally remark that "I could care less," meaning exactly that. Sometimes it's just not worth the extra effort to reduce my level of caring to nothing.

Actually, I'm surprisingly un-stubborn, but I get too much joy from saying the occasional sarcastic phrase to NOT say them. If the ball is propped nicely on a tee, you bet I'm going to take a swing at it
