Correct flashing procedure for X1900XTX?

I downloaded the BIOS file I want and I downloaded ATI winflash, but when I start the program it just comes up with a dos window that lists the commands and says "hit any key to continue" when I hit a key, the program just shuts down.

I'm guessing this is the wrong program?

I've only flashed NV cards using nvflash, so any help would be appreciated.
