Corporation Board of directors

specifically for Wal-Mart. Not the stockholder's meeting the Board of Director's meeting. I also tried the annual reports.

Um, I know corporations, regardless of size, are required to keep an official record of minutes. I would think that it could be found in the financials since some investors might like to know that information.

read the news briefs and press releases. if you have capiq, they put all of it together for you.
