how can you find how many times a corporation's board of directors meet? I tried google to no avail.

specifically for Wal-Mart. Not the stockholder's meeting the Board of Director's meeting. I also tried the annual reports.

Um, I know corporations, regardless of size, are required to keep an official record of minutes. I would think that it could be found in the financials since some investors might like to know that information.
