Cornea MP704 AC Power Adapter

I have a Cornea MP704 monitor, but I recently moved and I can't seem to find where I placed the AC power adapter for the monitor.

Is there a way for me to just buy an adapter from Radio Shack or something rather than buying the Cornea one like the one in the link for $42?

As long as you find an adapter with the same or similiar specs,
correct polarity, mini-plug size you would be alright.
