Ranch corn nuts. Sodium goodness.
My fondest memory of corn nuts was during an outdoor education trip to Catalina Island as a kid. They opened up the store to let us buy sweatshirts or what have you. I opted for the large bag of ranch corn nuts, but I didn't really have much time to eat it. After lights out, I opened the bag and quietly ate them, letting them get soggy before chomping on them. It was useless, however, since one of my friends hollered, "Who's eating corn nuts?" "I am." "Gimme some." /anecdote
