Corel WordPerfect Subdocument Pointing at Self?

I have someone using and old version of Corel WordPerfect. I know nothing about WordPerfect, except for the basics. Well, this document opens up and it is blank except for this icon. It's a subdocument icon. I guess WordPerfect allows you to link to other documents from within one document. When I view the document in draft mode, I can see it's linking to itself. At least I think that is what it is doing. The file name is the same.

I've opened this file with WordPerfect 11, but it doesn't seem to help. Does anyone have nay ideas?
