I also grabbed a copy with the new link. Thanks both TECHS & COMPMAN25.
Since there is an alternative download link available that still works, TECHS should edit the title that says "EXPIRED"...

Lexar Starter Apps directed me to http://apps.corel.com/lp/lexar/05853/index.html which is only offering MediaOne Standard (Or Plus if you use TrialPay)

Second link works fine though.
