Corega CG-L22WDG 22" or Hyundai x93w 19"

Hi all
my faithful old 22" CRT bit it last night. The junk shop next door has a used corega 22" monitor for about $60. Or, I can order a new 19" Hyundai online for about $90 incl shipping.
I'm thinking to get the corega, convience, and apparently sold for like $400 when released 5 years ago.
Any big reasons not to get one of these?

ps- I'm in japan. Dell is here too, but haven't checked with them.

I bought the Corega as the store was closing and I had nothing to use except my iphone.
So far looks OK. Am using it now.
Resoltion is a bit different and needs adjusting. Apparently this is an LCD, 1680x1050 60hz max. That resolution shrinks my desktop to unreadable, so I have it on 1280x720 now, which seems the best, although it seems a bit stretched. I have it on auto size adjust.
Anything to keep in mind for an LCD like this? Or can I treat it like my old CRT?
I noticed when I opened it that it only has an RGB cable and not a DVI cable even though it is capable of DVI. Is there much of a difference? I haven't used DVI before.

Thanks

DVI is a digital interface, while VGA (blue cable) is analog. DVI is far superior for picture crispness, etc. I suggest buying a cable as long as your graphics card has a DVI connection.

With LCDs, you should use the native resolution (1680x1050), and the refresh rate should always be set to 60Hz (unless you have a 120Hz monitor, which you don't). You should use the DPI settings in Vista to adjust the size of text and objects.

Thanks. I tried to adjust the desktop before, in XP I beleive, enlarging icons and text. It woudl still have all kinds of things show up shrunken and unreadable. Is that not an issue with Vista? Does lowering the desktop res cause other issues? The display has a DVI-D input. My video card has 2 (setup in my sig). I'll have to ask the shop for it, unless he took it out on purpose to resell or somesuch.

I set it up as you suggested, and I have to admit it looks pretty good. I was worried my CRT was better, but this seems overall better.
Desktop text is OK, but when I open internet pages, or go on YouTube, etc., the format or menu text and layout is really small. I usualy sit about 3' back, and its a bit of an eye strain.
I tried out my game BF2BC and it seems to look even better after adjusting to screan size.
Is it dangerous to accidently run at higher HZ than 60?

I'll try to get ahold of that cable as I'm sure it will look even better.

I'm really likeing this monitor so far, it seems to work great, with an auto brightness sensor that changes with room lighting. Pretty cool!
