SEEMS WARM TO ME, not saying it is the deal of the year, but all the parts add up to $400.00 or more.

http://3btech.net/3btecocospco1.html

# ATX Case w/ Viotek 600W Power Supply & Front USB $50.00
# Intel Core2 Quad Q8200 CPU $170.00
# ASUS P5KPL-CM Socket 775 Mainboard $55.00
# Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (Intel® GMA 3100)
# 2 x 2GB PC6400 DDR2 SDRAM $20.00
# 500GB Serial ATA Hard Drive $60.00
# Internal Dual Layer DVDRW Drive $21.00
# 3D Stereo Sound and 10/100/1000 network onboard
# Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 3000 keyboard and mouse combo $25.00
=$401.0 total

and those are prices before shipping which would add like a nother $10.00 to $20.00

NO OS

Also, it has a 1 year warranty. If i didn't overclock this would be one of the best systems to pick up. Especially for the price.

i can't find 2x2GB for $20 without any rebates... or are you talking rebates included? tax? shipping? assembly time?

yeah without rebates this would run $450.00 shipped maybe.

Throw in a $100 to $250.00 video card and you have a nice gameing rig.

and this Asus board is supposed to overclock OK too.

That's an unbelievably low price. I just built a PC for my dad a month ago and it cost me around that much with an e5200! The only difference is that it has a better mobo, and a video card. I did a lot of price researching, and I got the cheapest parts I could possibly find except for the mobo.

I am amazed at how much the computer prices are falling...

So you can buy it built the same price as you can buy all the parts. Interesting but with buying the parts you have longer warranties. WD 640GB is only 58 right now...

I dunno about this, can't you get a dell with 24" lcd for around 399 sometimes?

If true then that was the deal of the year.

Microcenter has these now for $100. So possibly 3Btech obtain them for cheap too? That might explain how they can sell this for $400 and still make money.
