Thanks n7, hit a key and it posted accidentially. Well I just took it to 4.0 with 1.24v:

Did a Win 7 performance index, will fully test later. I'm not looking to go higher but do want minimum voltage. I had a C0 920 that needed 1.32v for 3.8GHz.. I like so far..
