The 920 and 930 are the same price. Basically Intel is phasing out the 920s with 930s. I believe you are thinking of the i5, which doesn't have HTT no IMC ect. ect.

920 D0 stepping is running $289, the 930 was the same price. Looks to be the same processor but with a 22 multi. Running 4.0GHz on 1.23v, good for me..
