Uh, if it's at 4.8ghz why does it say @3.07ghz after the i3 name all over that chart?

thats because thats what the CPU identifies itself as in the the microcode of the chip. the value after that is the clock frequency, 4859.

here is my CPU result of PT7.0x64.
i3 530 4665MHz (2 core, 4 thread) vs PII X4 965 BE 3818MHz (4 core, 4 thread)

zeus' results are abnormal compared to other results and mine on the online database. here is my first 4600MHz run, my memory score and system score would be higher as i had it at 6-7-6-19 timing instead of 6-6-6-18 now, and if i had ran the CD benchmark test.

i can also run game benchmarks/demos if someone with a OC'ed PII X3/X4 and decent video card wants to.
