Core i3-2377M notebook - any input

Just picked up an HP 14" notebook with an i3-2377M processor - I don't know anything about current mobile processors, looking for input on this. Only paid $300 for this after all of the coupons, rebate etc.

usage will mostly be light office duties.

Performance-wise, it is plenty. It's a low wattage chip, clocked lower than "normal" i3s to get a TDP of 17W.
It's a Sandy Bridge chip; this is evident from the "2" in its name.

You will be fine. The i3 2377m has PCMark Vantage score of 3679 [source] which is good enough to handle office apps, web browsing and more.
