Core Duo voltage

I noticed that the second core's voltage isn't being reduced when it's in power saving mode. Core 1 drops to 1 GHz and 1.0 volts... Core 2 drops to 1 GHz but stays at 1.4 volts. Is this a CPU-Z error, an issue with Core Duo's, or normal?

i guess its cpuz... they have errors saying my cpu is at 2.8 volts
