core duo 2.0Ghz to 2.16Ghz software overlock?

I'm thinking of buying a xps m1710, but the 2.16Ghz processor adds a lot of money, and I'd buy a merom once they get a bit cheaper, but I'm wondering if it's possible to overclock the 2.0Ghz from the bios or through software to get to 2.16Ghz ?
