C2Q doesn't make much sense at this point other than a drop-in upgrade, imo. For a new build, it is either PII (mid-end) or i7 (high-end).
 
Is it just me, or is this the same LW07 dude who made multiple threads on CPU recommendation xD ? And these are just one of them...
