Either will do just fine. They both use exactly the same IC's, although Corsair bins the IC's that they use in their Dominator RAM, I hear. But, since your processor has a 9x multiplier, you'd be at 3.6 Ghz, without overclocking the RAM any at all. I'd just get the Ballistix, since it's cheaper.
 
ah, one is 8000 other is 6400

price difference isn't too large. i'd go for the pc8000.

i have the 6400 and i am very satisfied with them. i bought them when they were $180 after rebate! 🙂
