yeah, this is $50 higher than intel said the debut would be. expect to see them for probably $170 or less in the next month or two i think

Yeah but if you're an overclocker it'd still be the cheapest for the performance, I don't even wanna think about how much money you'd have to put into his existing platform to get it to overclock to something equally as fast as an overclocked E6300 lol.

Plus he can still sell his existing mobo and ram and recoup something for it, so it's not a complete loss (although I'd imagine ebay might be a little bit more flooded right now since I'm guessing a lot of people are doing the same thing)
I'm waiting for the E6600 myself though.
