Core 2 Duo E4400

I think I read somewhere that the E4400 will launch along with the price cuts of the currently available CPUs. I don't know how true that is or an exact date. I also read something about April 22 for the price cut.
 
Will the E4400 be the same thing as the E4300(i.e 800Mhz FSB stock) with a 10x multi? If so, that sounds like the OC'ing chip to get.
