Core 2 Duo 6400 Shows up as 533mhz??

I just installed my retail core 2 duo 6400 into an MSI 965 Neo motherboard and in the bios it shows up as 533mhz (8.0x66), I tried changing the fsb to values like 270, 275, and some other ones but it always shows up as 533mhz, any ideas how to fix this?
