i was browsing ebay and came across some custom seinfeld t-shirts. none of them say seinfeld, but they have to do with "catch phrases" and themes from the show. i was just curious, is that copyright infringement?
it seems like seinfeld might be a strange case, because they had so many catch phrases, like "yadda yadda", "festivus", and "not that there's anything wrong with it".
could the "yadda, yadda" be intellectual property since it was on the show and well known as a "seinfeld-ism"?
