i was browsing ebay and came across some custom seinfeld t-shirts. none of them say seinfeld, but they have to do with "catch phrases" and themes from the show. i was just curious, is that copyright infringement?
it seems like seinfeld might be a strange case, because they had so many catch phrases, like "yadda yadda", "festivus", and "not that there's anything wrong with it". 😀
could the "yadda, yadda" be intellectual property since it was on the show and well known as a "seinfeld-ism"?
