Cnet has a good story about how Hollywood, and record companies especially, want ISP's to discipline broadband downloaders; going so far as to ask the ISP's to fully terminate offending party's accounts.

I had a usenet account suspended (made a fill post for a movie) recently. Luckily, my internet provider decided not to take action against me.

Heh, I guess I deserved it.
