Copying Mail Account Settings Only from One iDevice to Another

I am setting up a new iDevice. I want to copy JUST the mail settings from an old device to the new device (and otherwise set the new device up as a new device.

There does not seem to be any way to simply copy the Mail settings from the old device to the new device.

Restoring does not work, because that copies everything over, not just the Mail settings. Because of the number of accounts involved, entering them manually is only a last resort.

Any good ideas?
