Copying HD partition

I really love the organization and intricacy of my older drive. I just got a new WD1200JB and wanted to copy the entire partition of my old HD onto the new one. What would be the easiest way to do so?

Or just use the free utility that should have came with your WD drive ... download it from the website if you don't have it.
