Copying files between Vista and XP

I am copying files from a XP machine to a new Vista64 machine. About 30GB total. What is a "normal" speed??? I am getting 9.21 MB/sec according to the Vista dialog between them and they are both 10/100 and a new 10/100 Dlink router.....

What speeds do other people get???

100Mbps / 8 bits per byte = 12.5MB/s, minus overhead... say 9-10MB/s tops.
